- To Promote greater transparency in Lions matters.
- Enhance Club Administration and Promote IT communication。
- Improve leadership quality through learning opportunity, leadership development, seminars publication and online training resources.
- Encourage membership growth, strengthening our membership, revitalizing and assist in the reorganization of weak clubs, and new club development. Promote My Club, My Family Program and Leo to Lion Program.
- Invest in Youth & Leo Program. Provide inspiring and leadership opportunities to youth volunteers through leadership training and community services. Promote Services for Children Program.
- Protect the natural environment and to sustain our resources for future generations.
- Encourage clubs to carry out worthwhile and meaningful projects.

4-6 June, 2011 - 9th District 308 A2 LEO FORUM ( Sibu ) -pt.1
Leo Forum : This annual event of District 308-A2 was held in Sibu @Kingwood Hotel with 400 Leos participants from all over the District 308-A2. This 3D2N event provided a platform for the Leos to get together for sharing, team building, friendship and continuing learning experience.
